悬浮介质粘度对红细胞的“C=0”轨道上取向与变形的影响
EFFECT OF SUSPENDING MEDIUM VISCOSITY ONORIENTATION AND DEFORMATION OFRBCS IN A SHEAR FLOW FIELD
【摘要】 在Morris和本文作者关于悬浮介质粘度对激光衍射法测量红细胞变形性影响的基础上,进一步研究了悬浮介质粘度一种新型激光衍射法测得的在C=0轨道上取向和变形行为的影响。结果表明,由于高切变低粘度的流场的稳定性较差,因而影响所测得的取向指数的精度,而在高粘切变流场中,因受粘滞力的影响使在C=0轨道上取向的红细胞数明显减少,即取向指数(DI)or明显减小。红细胞对称轴在C=0轨道上的变形稍有波动,而红细胞长轴沿切变流场“C=∞”方向上的变形,其变形指数则随悬浮介质粘度增加而增大。本文的目的在于研究悬浮介质粘度对新型激光衍射法测得的取向指数与变形指数的影响,并寻找出获得精度高、稳定性好的(DO)or(DI)a的最佳悬浮介质粘度,为新型激光衍射法最有效地研究红细胞微观流变特性提出有力的理论与实验依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the study for the effects of the viscosity of suspending medium upon RBC de-formability with Ektacytometry, we further researched the influence of the viscosity of sus-pending medium upon the orientation and deformation of RBCs in the orbit "C= 0" with anew Ektacytometry produced by ourselves. The results of the study show that the numberof RBCs in the orbit "C=0" was obviously reduced due to the unstability of the flow field oflow viscosity at high shear rate region. So the precision for detecting the orientation index(DI)or and the deformation index (DI)d was seriously affected. On the other hand, (DI)orwill obviously decrease due to the resistant effect of viscous force of suspending medium onRBCs in a shear flow field. Meantime, the deformation of RBCs in the orbit "C=0" risesand falls slightly in a shear flow field of low viscosity and the deformation in the orbit "C=∞"(tank-treading motion) increases with the viscosity of suspending medium in a shearflow field of high viscosity. In this paper, through studying the viscosity of suspendingmedium on the orientation and the deformation of RBCs, we will experimentally give a opti-mum viscosity of suspending medium for the new Ektacytometry to obtain both (DI)or and(DI)d for the best precision and will get a new Ektacytometry based on reliable theory andpractice.
