【Abstract】 A double blind study of magnesium valproate and placebo was carried out in 30 cases of the difficult treated mania subject. The results showed that 60% of the patients in magnesium valproate group had a good progress, whereas only 6.7% patients in placebo group improved obviously. The differeds efficiency between the two groups was significant. It is suggested that magnesium valproate is obviously effective for the difficult treated mania subject.更多还原
