【摘要】 以肠道中厌氧菌主要成员双歧杆菌、乳杆菌为观察对象，研究了脾虚动物肠道菌群变化。实验结果表明，补脾益气方均能对抗大黄引起的双歧杆菌和乳杆菌下降的作用，实验结果从一个方面阐明了补脾益气方的作用机理，同时表明了双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的稳定性与人体健康的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using both bifidobacteria and lactobacilli,major anaerobes in intes-tine,as main oUects,the change of the intestinal flora of the mice with experimentalSpleen dificiency was studied.The results indicated that the recipes for strengthen-ing spleen and reinforcing the vital energy(qi)were all able to counteract the effectof rhubarb which decreased the counts of the above bacteria.The data elucidatedone possible mechanism of the biological action of the recipes,indicating relation-ship between a normal stabilization of bifidobacteria and lactsbacilli and the human body health.更多还原
