【摘要】 以伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠为实验模型研究了小柴胡汤、小柴胡汤与青蒿素（ＱＨＳ）配伍用药的免疫学作用。研究结果表明：小柴胡汤或小柴胡汤与ＱＨＳ合并用药均可显著提高疟疾小鼠的体液免疫、非特异性免疫、红细胞免疫的能力。对ＣｏｎＡ诱导的淋巴母细胞转化有显著的免疫抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of Xiaochaihu decoction alone and its combination with artemisinin(QHS)on immunological functions were studied in the mice infected with Plasmodium berghei.The data obtained in this study demonstrated that Xi aochaihu decoction and its combination with QHS exhibited significant immunos-timulation on humoral,nonspecific and red cell immunities.
