【Abstract】 Triploid induction by application of cytochalasin B (C. B) and cold shocks during early development soon after fertilization was attempted in Chlamys nobilis. When the experimental group was treated with 0. 5mg/L C.B, or cold shock at 10℃, the incidence of triploid was 44. 1 % and 31 .8% for the retention of the first polar body, and 90.2 % and 72. 7% for the retention of the second polar body respectively.更多还原
