【摘要】 对１０月龄正常家兔６只、３０月龄６只进行解剖学和组织学观察。家兔副性腺由精囊腺、前列腺和尿道球腺组成，精囊腺位于膀胱后，紧贴输精管壶腹部，上方为两个单独突起（称精囊角），至前列腺前叶水平融合成精囊体，前列腺紧贴于精囊腺背侧，分为前后两叶，有共同的结缔组织囊，前叶较宽，有两条粗大导管，后叶导管较细，均开口于尿生殖窦。组织学观察证实，３０月龄家兔的精囊腺、前列腺均有一定程度的增龄性变化，表现为上皮细胞退变、萎缩、间质平滑肌增生，时见鳞化，以前叶为著。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article observed the paragenitalis of 10 and 30 month old Japanese whiterabbits and their morphological changes with the age growing. The anatomical features ofthe paragenitalis differ from human and mouse. The prostate gland has two parts ,the an-terior and posterior part ,lying on the dorsal wall of the single cavity seminal vesicalgland.With the age growing,the morphological changes of both the prostate gland andseminal vesical gland showed to a certain degree that the atrophy of the lumina of thegland ,the decreased secretion of the epithelial cells and the proliferation of smooth musclecells in the interstitum tissue.The squmatization of the epithelial cells was occasionallyseen in the anterior part of the prostate gland.更多还原
