【摘要】 中国妇女在科技发展中的地位和作用，随着时代的发展而有很大的进步。古代妇女虽然在长期生产劳动中做出了伟大贡献，但由于地位低下和缺乏教育，极少能够参与科技活动，对我国传统科技的发展作用相当有限。在我国引进和移植西方近代科学技术的阶段，女性最先投身于医学领域。五四前后，妇女开始能够接受高等教育和出国深造，后来她们之中的一些人以教学和研究中的业绩，为近代科技在我国奠基和初步发展贡献了力量，并争取了妇女地位的改善。本世纪５０年代以来，女科技人员日益增多，她们在各个领域作出的出色贡献，明显提高了妇女在我国现代科学技术发展中的地位。然而，在推动我国科技进步方面，妇女与男子的作用还存在差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the change of times it makes great progress for Chinese women’s position and role in the development of science and technology.In ancient times,although women made great contributions in productive labour,they were of low status and lacking in education.They hardly took part in the activities of science and technology,so that their of offect was very limited in the development of Chinese traditional science and technology.In the period of introducing and transplanting modern science and technology from the West into China,females stepped into the fields of medicine and other sciences successively.Around the May Fourth Movement,because women could receive higher education and study abroad,some of them won certain achievements in teaching and research.They contributed their share for the foundation and development of modern science and technology in China,and the improvement of women’s status.Since 1950s,more and more women have thrown themselves into science and technology,and their outstanding contributions have obviously improved women’s position in the development of science and thchnology. However, there are still great disparity between Chinese women and men in promoting the development of science and technology.更多还原
