【摘要】 作者应用鱼形切口行乳癌根治术１８例。通过在横切口外侧加作２个三角形切口，较好地纠正了横切口上下边缘的不等长，避免了在切口外侧方所形成的皮肤褶皱或“狗耳”畸形。它适用于肥胖，皮肤松驰或估计有过多皮肤的病人，术后美容效果好。位于乳房外侧方的恶性肿瘤也可选择性地应用此法，而不影响乳癌根治术的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 fish shaped modification of the tranditional transverse incision for radical mastectomywas performed in 18 patients with breast carcinoma.By adding two triangular incisions,which can correct the inequality of the incision edges ,and prevent a fold or“dog ear”deforma-tion of the skin outside of the axilla after incision suture. It was particularly good for obesepatients and for patients who preseved excessive skin during operation,This procedure pro-duced an excellent cosmetic results and wound healing. A fish shaped incision might also beused in the patients whose malignant tumor locate at upper-lateral area of the breast. The ef-fect of radical mastectomy can not be affected by the incision.更多还原
