火鸡隐孢子虫内生发育超微结构的研究

【摘要】 火鸡隐孢子虫各期虫体均寄生于粘膜上皮微绒毛包围融合所形成的带虫空泡之中。在虫体和宿主细胞质接触处,宿主细胞形成致密带,虫体表膜反复折迭形成营养器。由子孢子或裂殖子发育而来的滋养体,经核分裂、外生形成含有8个裂殖子的裂殖体,裂殖子具有膜下微管。小配子体成熟后含有16个小配子。大配子体发育分3期,中期含有成囊体Ⅱ、Ⅰ和支链淀粉。大配子含有大配子物质,发育为折光体,大配子成熟。受精后合子的成囊体碎裂,形成二层卵囊壁。卵囊于带虫空泡中孢子化,形成4个子孢子和1个残体。在虫体各发育阶段均未见到线粒体和微孔。本文首次系统报道了火鸡隐孢子虫超微结构的研究结果。

【Abstract】 Every endogenous developmental stage of Cryptosporidium meleagridis was located in the parasitophorus vacuole(PV) formed by the microvillous membrane which rose and wrapped up the parasite.At the interface of the parasite and the cytoplasm of the host cell were the dense zone of the host epithelia and the feeder organella originating from the folds of the outer membrane of the parasite. Following nuclear divisions,the trophozoite derived from a sporozoite or a merozoite developed into the schizont in which eight merozoites with subpellicular microtubules were formed by ectomerogony.There were sixteen microgametes in a mature microgamont.The development of macrogamonts could be divided into three phases with two types of wall forming bodies and amylopectin in the mid-term,Macrogamete material in macrogamete developed into refractile bodies when the macrogamete became mature.After fertilization,two types of wall forming bodies of zygotes released their contents to form two layers of oocyst wall.Oocysts were sporulated in the PV and formed four sporozoites and one residuum,Neither mitochondrion nor micropore was observed at all of the endogenous developmental stages of the parasite,This article was the first detailed report on the ultrastructure of Cryptosporidium meleagridis isolated from quails.
