不同类型大豆双列杂交遗传参数分析

【摘要】 利用秣食豆类型、早期种植的无限类型和新推广的亚有限类型大豆,采用双列杂交方式配制15个组合。试验结果表明,大豆主要产量性状、品质性状及大部分植株形态性状的基因作用方式是可以用加性-显性模型加以描述的。部分品质性状和形态性状的基因作用以加性为主,主要产量性状的遗传方差分析中非加性超过加性。不同类型大豆主要农艺性状的显性、隐性基因分析表明,秣食豆种质含有较多增加株高、节数、分枝数、主要产量性状和减少百粒重、收获指数的显性基因;亚有限类型大豆含有较多增加百粒重、收获指数和减少株高、节数、分枝数等性状的隐性基因。

【Abstract】 crosses were made among semicultivated(Glycine gracilis) indeterminate and semideterminate soybeans(Glycine max)by diallel crosses. The results suggested that the gene effect for the main yield.Quality and morphological characters could be described by the additive-dominant model.The additive effect was the main gene effect for quality and morphological characters.The nonadditive effect surpassed the additive effect for the main yield characters.The dominant and recessive gene analysis suggested that the semicultivated soybean had more dominant genes for increasing plant height, nodes and branches and main yield characters,and had more dominant genes for reducing 100-seed weight,and harvest index,the semideterminate soybean had more recessive genes for increasing 100-seed weight,harvest index and for decreasing plant height,node number and branch number.
