大麦核质互作雄性不育系88BCMS的选育及其遗传特性研究

【摘要】 报道了中国大麦核质互作雄性不育系88BCMS的选育经过,观察分析了该不育系的形态特征和主要性状及其测交组合F2代的育性分离情况。结果表明,88BCMS的单株有效穗比保持系的多,株高、播种至抽穗天数、穗长、穗粒数和穗颈节长度值比保持系的少。其雄性不育性呈数量性状遗传,且与株高、穗颈节长度、单株有效穗、单株粒数、千粒重和单株粒重呈某种关联,此外还讨论了该不育系不育胞质基因来源及其应用前景和存在的问题。

【Abstract】 The selection, the main characterstics and the inheritance of male sterility of the first barley nucleo-cytoplasmic male sterileline 88BCMS in China are reported in this paper.Both of 88BCMS and its maintainer 88B were selected from a new composite cross ⅩⅩⅩⅡ(new CC ⅩⅩⅩⅡ)which was the combination of CC ⅩⅩⅩⅡfrom America and some barlrey varieties from Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau of China.Compared with 88B, the mean number of effective ears of 88BCMS was bigger, but smaller in plant height, days from sowing to heading, ear length, number of grains per ear,and the length of ear neck. The analysis of fructification rate per plant in all F2 generation of 10 tested crosses showed that the male sterility.of 88BCMS inherited as quantitative trait.The male sterility positively correlated with 1000-grain weight, number of effective ear per plant and number of grain per plant. And negatively correlated with plant height, length of ear neck and full-grain weight per plant.The Cytoplasmic male sterile gene(s) came from CC ⅩⅩⅩⅡ. Besides, the utilizable prospect and problem of 88BCMS are discussed.
