液压凿岩卡钎机理及自动防卡钎新方案
HYDRAULIC ROCK-DRILLING JAMMING MECHANISM AND NEW AUTOMATIC ANTI-JAMMING PLAN
【摘要】 在分析液压凿岩卡钎机理的基础上,为提高液压凿岩过程自动防卡钎能力,提出了一种可预防各类卡钎的液压凿岩自动防卡方案,并设计了相应的液压控制系统,且对其进行了实验验证。理论和实验结果表明,新的自动防卡钎方案提高了凿岩自动防卡钎能力,具有重要实用价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of hydraulic rock-drilling jamming mechanism,in order to enhancethe automatic anti-jamming ability in the rock-drilling course,this paper puts forwards anew anti-jamming plan, and designs a kind of hydraulic control system to fit it.The theoret-ical and experimental results show that the new plan can enhance the anti-jamming abilityand that it will play an important role in rock-drilling practice.
