机械合金化制备MoSi2和Mo5Si3
SYNTHESIS OF MoSi2 AND Mo5Si3 INTERMETALLIC COMPOUNDS BY MECHANICAL ALLOYING
【摘要】 用机械合金化方法制得了ＭｏＳｉ２粉末和Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ４非晶粉末，Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ３非晶经１０００℃真空退火后晶化成Ｍｏ５Ｓｉ３晶体，用ｘ射线衍射研究了机械合金化过程中粉末结构变化规律。
【Abstract】 We have used mechanical alloying(MA)to synthesize MoSi2 intermetallic and Mo5Si3amorphous material directly.After vacuum annealing,we obtained Mo5Si3 intermetallic com-pound.Structural change during the MA proceducre are examined by x-ray diffraction(XRD)。
