“九五”期间我院科研发展的若干问题探讨
Discussion on Some Questions Concerning the Development of Scientific Research Work in CENTRAL-SOUTH INSTITUTE of TECHNOLOGY During the Ninth-Five Year Plan Period
【摘要】 本文分析了我院科研工作的现状与不足，探讨了“九五”期间我院科研工作的指导思想、发展策略、重点方向和主要措施。
【Abstract】 The current situation and problems of the scientific research work in Central Suoth Institute of Technology are analyzed.The main idea about it,the tactics of its devel opment,key fields and its main measures for it during the Ninth-Five Year Plan period are discussed.
