【摘要】 免疫印迹检测３６例大疱性类天疱疮（ＢＰ）患者血清中类天疱疮抗体（ＢＰＡｂ）。结果表明，３２例（８９％）ＢＰ血清与正常人皮肤热分离表皮的提取物中２３０ｋＤ、１９０ｋＤ、１６５ｋＤ、１４５ｋＤ和１１５ｋＤ多肽反应，其中１６例（４４％）血清与２３０ｋＤ和１６５ｋＤ多肽同时反应，７例（１９％）血清单独与２３０ｋＤ多肽反应，９例（２５％）血清单独与１６５ｋＤ多肽反应。结果提示，免疫印迹检测ＢＰＡｂ可用于ＢＰ诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 We detected the bullous pemphigoid antibodies(BP-Ab)of sera from 3 6 patients with bul-lous pemphigoid (BP)and 20 control subjects(normal volunteers,pemphigus vulgaris , epider-molysis bullosa acquisita )by immunoblotting,32(89%)sera reacted with 230 kD,190 kD,165kD,145 kD and 115 kD antigens from human heat-separated epidermis. The different types ofreactivity couid be defined:(1)the presence of 230 kD aiitigen exclusively in 7(19%)sera;(2)the presence of 165 kD antigen excltisively in 9(25%) sera;(3)labelling of the 230kD and165 kD antigen by same serum in 16(44%)sera,The results suggest that detection of Bp-Ab byimmunoblotting is used for the diagnosis of BP.更多还原
