【摘要】 本文对２１６４名广东中山古镇“健康”的３５～６４岁中、老年人进行了静息心电图普查，心电图异常的检出率为１１．０％。女性多于男性，随着年龄的增大，心电图异常检出率增高。各类异常的心电图中，以ＳＴ－Ｔ改变者居多。本文还对心电图异常与心脑血管病一些其它危险因素的关系进行了分析。发现心电图异常与有无高血压病史、血压水平、血甘油三酯浓度密切相关，而与有无吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病、体重指数、腰围／臀围、血总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖水平无明显关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 he resting ECG were performed on 2164 in 〃healthy〃subjects aged 35-64 years of Gu Zhen town,Zhongshan sur- veyed.The prevalence of abnormal ECG was as high as 11.O%,It was highcr in the femalc than the male and in- creased with age。ST-T werc changed more frequent in the abnormal ECG( 6.9%).The relationships between the ECG and other risk factors of cardio-cerebrovascular disease were showed that the history of hypertension,the level of blood pressure and serum triglyceride were related with abnormal ECG。While smoking,drinking,diabetes mellitus,body mass index(BMI)waist-buttock line ratio,serum total cholesterol。HDL-C and blood sugar were not。更多还原
