【Abstract】 The acute oral toxicity of S101(N-methylphenyl carbamate)to rat and the dermal toxicity of S101 to rabbit both belonged to low toxicity.The cumulative toxicity of S101 to rat K>5.3. S101 could inhibit the growth and development of female rat. but no pathological changes in rat viscera were discovered.The Ames test of S101 was negative.The combined application of S101 and organophate or pyrethroid insecticides had obvious synergism to pest insects, its toxicity to mammalian was not increased.更多还原
