毕西巴尼、Leustroducsin及Z-100对人骨髓基质细胞株白介素6产生的作用
The Effects of Three kinds Bacterial Prparation on Interleukin 6 Production by Human Bone Marrow Stromal Cell Line
【摘要】 我们使用Leustroducsin、毕西巴尼(OK—432)及Z—100三种细菌制剂作为诱导剂,通过培养人骨髓基质细胞株BM01,观察此三种物质对BM01白细胞介素6(IL6)产生的影响,用ELISA法检测培养液中IL6的含量。结果显示,三种诱导剂均可使BMO1分泌ILL6增多,以Leustrodcsin的诱导作用最显著。
【Abstract】 The human bone marrow strmal cell , BMOl was cultured in the presence of leustroducsin, OK-432, Z-100 respectively. The concentration of interleukin 6(IL6)in the culture surernatant was measured by ELISA. The purpose of this research is to study the effects of Leustroducsin, OK-432, Z-100 on IL6prodnction by the stromal cell line BMOL. The result shows that although all of the three preparation can increase IL6 secretion of BM01, the effect of leustroducsin is the strongest
