【Abstract】 he blood supply to distal part of ulna,arising from the anterior interoessous artery,was observed on 30 upper limb specimens red latex injected adult cadaver.A new distal ulnar os-teoperiosteal flap pedicled with this artery was designed for repairing the defects and nonunion inthe distal and middle segments of the ulna and radius.
