【Abstract】 New antibiotics, designated as G15-F and G15-G were isolated from aculture filtrate of Streptoverticillium thioluteum G15. They were purified by means of solventextraction,chromatography on Sephadex LH-20 column and MPLC. The structures wereelucidated by spectral analysis of UV,IR,FAB-MS,EI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and DEPT.G15-F and G15-G are new isochromanequinone antibiotics。 They are active against Gram-positive bacteria and also active against KB cell in vitro。更多还原
