氟喹诺酮药物的稳定性研究

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法研究四种氟喹诺酮药物(包括OPC-17116、环丙沙星、sparfloxacin及洛美沙星)在不同光线和温度环境中的稳定性。结果提示洛美沙星对光线的敏感性在四个药物中是最强的,而OPC-17116和环丙沙星则相对稳定。光解度和所暴露的光强度呈正相关;和溶液中药物浓度呈负相关。温度对这些药物稳定性的影响甚微。

【Abstract】 The stabilities of four fluoroquinolones(OPC-17116,ciprofloxacin,sparfloxacin and lomefloxacin) in different conditlons of light and temperature were investigated using high perforrncqnce liquid chromatography(HPLC ).Lomefloxacin was found to be the most photosensitive of the four quinolunes tested,wherea, OPC-17116 and ciprofloxacin were found to be relatively stable to light.The degree of photodegradation was directly related to the intensity of exposure to the light source and was inversely proportional to the drug concentration.Temperature,over the range investigated, appeared to have little,or no,effect on stabllity.
