【摘要】 报告手术治疗颈椎病２８４９例中前路手术２０４２例，并发症１７６例（其中外院转入２９例）；后路手术８０７例（包括单开门术６６５例、双开门术及椎板切除术各７１例），并发症５５例（其中外院转入１４例），作者对气道通气障碍及继发性脑损害、前路术式不当、后路术后血肿、椎管扩大不充分等原因做了分析，并对防治措施进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of surgical management to cervical spondylosis were reported.176 cases various complications (29 cases transfered from other hospitals) were occured in anterior approach 2042 cases and there were 55 cases of complications (14 cases transfered by other hospitals). In posterior approach 807 cases (single open door method 665 cases,double open door method 71 cases,laminectomy 71 cases).The reasons,the prevention and the treatment about the complications that included ventilation disturbance of respiratory pipe, secondary cerebral lesion, incorrect choice of anteior approch,hematoma after posterior approach and incomplete enlargement of spinal canal were discussed.Author’s address Department of Orthopaedic,Third Hospital,Beijing Medical University, Beijing,100083更多还原
