【Abstract】 One hundred pantients suffering from lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were examied by means of SEP posterior tibial nerve from Jun. 1992-Jun.1993.In the same time somatosensory evoked potential following stimulation of the skin of L5 and L1 dermatomes were recorded.The results showed that DSEP can improve the sensitivity and accurancy of normal values of posterior tibial nerve.Using the two methods can provide more dependable and objective evidence for lumbosaoral radiculopathy.Author’s address (Red Cross Hospital,Xi’an,Shanxi,710054)更多还原
