肾脏年龄性变化Ⅲ大鼠肾内某些微量元素的测定研究

【摘要】 本文利用火焰原子吸收法,对三组不同年龄大鼠肾内的微量元素(铜、锌、铁、镁)进行了测定,结果表明:(1)新生组明显高于另两组;(2)青年组和成年组之间无明显变化。说明大鼠肾内微量元素的浓度,出生后随增龄而降低,但到6月~12月间维持恒定。

【Abstract】 Trace elements including Cu,Zn,Fe and Mg of in rat kidney for three groups with different age were measured.using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results shown as follows,(1) The concentration of those elements in neonatal group was higher than other two groups significantly;(2)There is no statistical difference between young and adult groups. These results also indicated the concentration of trace elements of in rat was low in neonatal rats, but remained constant in young and adult rats.
