【Abstract】 Trace elements including Cu,Zn,Fe and Mg of in rat kidney for three groups with different age were measured.using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results shown as follows,(1) The concentration of those elements in neonatal group was higher than other two groups significantly;(2)There is no statistical difference between young and adult groups. These results also indicated the concentration of trace elements of in rat was low in neonatal rats, but remained constant in young and adult rats.更多还原
