【Abstract】 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the quantitative determination of cAMP and cGMP.Based upon the decrease in cAMP or cGMP,the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activities in canine trachealis have been assaved.This is the first time to separate the substracts and products of CN PDE clearly from each other with the help of this technique,a non-gradient of methanol and 50 mmol/L phosphate buffer(10: 90).This experiment has developed a relatively simple and sensitive method for CN PDE assay in canine trachealis.更多还原
