On esterase isozymes of strains in Agaricus bisporus
【摘要】 对双孢蘑菇5个不同来源及特性的菌株进行酯酶同工酶谱分析,并进行表型分类。结果表明:双孢蘑菇菌株的主要性状与酯酶同工酶的分类完全一致,因此,可利用酯酶同工酶谱表型来鉴定与预测双孢蘑菇新菌株的特性,而不受栽培环境的干扰,以指导我们的育种工作。
【Abstract】 The esterase isozymes were examined by the PAGE on five original strains of Agaricus bisporus, which have different characteristics including colonial types on PDA, fruit body qualities and productivities. The variations of esterase isozymes of the strains were analyzed on the basis of the electrophoretic relative mobility values of isozyme bands. The results show that the main characteristics (phenotypes) accord with the types of esterase isozymes. So the esterase isozyme patterns on PAGE are proposed for confirming and predicting new strain characteristics without the interference of cultural environments. It is very helpful for our breeding work in Agaricus bisporus
