番茄畸形果与品种性状的相关及其遗传表现
The relationship between deformed fruit and early maturing or ventricle number of tomato and their genetic phenotypes
【摘要】 以15份普通番茄(Lycopersicumesculentumvar.vulgare)和1份樱桃番茄(L.esculentumvar.cerasiforme)为试材,苗期自然低温处理,春季露地栽培,在全结果期调查其畸形果.试验结果表明:大果形番茄品种的早熟率与其畸形果率呈显著正相关(r=0.7392,y=-12.75+0.7970x)。自封顶品种的果实心室数与其畸形果率呈极显著正相关(r=0.9891,y=-15.97+7.5635x);畸形果性状在大部分F1代中表现为负向部分显性,且F1代的畸形果率与其中亲值Mp是极显著正相关(r=0.9397,F1=-5.83+1.0873Mp);畸形果性状的广义遗传力为69.78~83.24%,狭义遗传力为51.14~62.58%。
【Abstract】 Fifteen cultivars or lines of common tomato and one cultivar of cherry tomato werecold-treated at seedling stage to introduce deformed fruit in winter season. Thirty to ninety seedlings percultivar or line were transplanted in the field during thc following spring. All harvered fruit separated intonormal or deformed type were numbered regularly. Results show that the percentage of deformed fruit(based number) has signigicant relationship to the carliness of maturing in large fruit type of tomato(r=0.7392, P =-12.75+0.7970x), and to the ventricle number in terminated type (r=0.9891, y= -15.97+7.5635x). The character of deformed fruit indicates partly negative dominance in most F1 hybrids,and the parcentage of defomed fruit is signilicantly related to the mean value of their parants (M p)with a positive coefficient or 0.9397 (F1 = -5.83+1 .0873M p). The broad scense heritability and narrowscense heritability for character of deformed fruit is about 69.78% ~ 83.24% and 51 .14%~ 62.58%,respectively.
