吡喹酮脂质体、吡喹酮、阿苯达唑、氟苯达唑和甲苯达唑对泡球蚴病的疗效观察
OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICACY OF PRAZIQUANTEL-LIPOSOME, PRAZIQUANTEL ,ALBENDAZOLE ,FLUBENDAZOLE AND MEBENDAZOLE INEXPERIMENTAL THERAPY OF MOUSE ALVEOCOCCOSIS
【摘要】 本文对小鼠继发性腹腔泡球蚴病用吡喹酮脂质体、吡喹酮、阿苯达唑、氟苯达唑和甲苯达唑进行实验治疗。5个治疗组对小鼠均能抑制泡球蚴增殖生长,抑制率分别为68.7%,14.3%,70.0%,48.3%和77.0%。吡喹酮经脂质体包裹后,较吡喹酮组疗效明显提高(P<0.01)。各治疗组泡球蚴生发层均有不同程度损伤,与实验对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),以吡喹酮脂质体对泡状棘球蚴损伤程度最重。超微结构显示,各治疗组对小鼠泡球蚴组织均有广泛的变化,以阿苯达唑组变化最重,细胞大部分解体。提示各种化疗药物对泡球蚴组织有广泛的细胞内效应。
【Abstract】 In this study,mice infected intraperitoneally with alveolar hdatid were treated re-spectively with praziquantel coated with liposome, praziquantel , albendazole ,flubendazole andmebendazole. Five groups for treated mice showed effects of inhibiting alveococcus proliferationand growth(P<0.01).The cyst inhibition rates in groups of praziquantel -liposome ,praziquan-tel, albendazole,flubendazole and mebendazole were 68.7%,14.3%,70.0%,48.3%, 77.0,re-spectively. The efficacy of liposome encapsulated praziquantel was greatly raise There was sig-nificant difference in the cyst inhibition rate between praziquantel-liposome and praziquantelgroups as shown by the results in mice(P<0.01).The histological changes in germinal layer ofalveolar hydatid cyst in mice were visible in all the treated groups,however, the damages inducedby praziquantel-liposome were more severe than that by others. Ultrastructural observationsshowed wide-range changes in the alveolar hydatid tissues in the treated groups. The mostmarked changes occurred in the albendazole group.showed disintegration of most cells and thecomplete or partial disappearance of cell orgenelles.The results demonstrate that all the drugsemployed have extensive effects on the hydatid cysts.
