【摘要】 用保守性手术（乳房象限切除并腋淋巴结清除）加放疗治疗早期乳腺癌（Ⅰ期和部分Ⅱ期）３６例，随访达３～５年，中位随访时间４８个月。患者生存率１００％。局部复发２例，发生在乳房内，均为Ⅱ＿Ｂ期（Ｔ＿２Ｎ＿１），腋淋巴结转移数分别为６／１２和３／１１，复发均系病例选择不当。保留的乳房美观效果优良率为９１％。选用本疗法应严格掌握适应证，正确、合理的手术和放疗，是满意的控制局部肿瘤和保留乳房并达到良好美观效果的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Thirty-six patients with early stage breast cancer were treated by quadrantectomy,axillarydissection and radiotherapy（CSRT）between October 1987 and May 1990.The median follow-upwas 48 months. Overall survival was 100%. 2 had local recurrence in the breast,both patientswere stage IIB（T₂N₁）,the number of positive node were 6/12 and3/11,respectively. The cos-metic results of the breast are excellent and good in 91%. We concluded that CSRT provides goodcosmetic results and better local tumor control for early breast cancer patients,but good resultsdepend on strict adherence to indication of treatment,fair surgical techniques and radiothera-peutic measures.更多还原
