【Abstract】 The evident fertility trans formation stages of several PTGMS lines were observed under the natural conditions of Lianyungang area. Intermediate sinica and intermedicate Indica PTGMS lines showded steadily-expressed fertility in the period from late Aug. to early Sept. , While early Indica and late Sinica lines did in the period from early Sept. to middle Sept. and the fertility changes of Sinica lines were more rapid and more evident than that of Indica.The result of a low temperature treatment (LTT) showed the crutial period of susceptibility to LTT lies from the initiation stage of pistil and stamen to meiosis stage. A certain PTGMS line had different fertility expressions under different ecological conditions in this study.更多还原
