红菜苔种子大小和种皮颜色对种子质量及苔产量的影响

【摘要】 该试验就红菜苔种子大小和种皮颜色对种子发芽势、发芽率、简化活力指数以及红菜苔植株的熟性、株平均苔数、单株苔重、单位面积苔产量的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)大粒种子的简化活力指数、株平均苔数苔重及单位面积的苔产量均显著或极显著高于小粒种子,而且,大粒种子植株现蕾比小粒种子早4~5天。但种子大小对发芽势、发芽率无影响。(2)深褐色种子的发芽势、发芽率、简化活力指数均显著或极显著高于深红色和灰褐色种子,但种皮颜色对植株熟性、株平均苔数苔重、单位面积苔产量没有影响。(3)各处理组合中,大粒深褐色种子的发芽率和活力最高;而各处理组合的植株熟性及苔产量主要决定于种子大小。

【Abstract】 In this experiment. the effects of seed size and seed coat colour on the seed germination percentage (GP), germinating energy (GE), simplified vigour index (Ⅵ), the time of floral initiation in plants, the number and weight of the stalks per plant and the stalk vield per unit area were studied in Brassica campestris L. var. purpurea BaileyThe results are summarized as follows:(1) The seed VI, the stalk number and weight per plant and the stalk yield perunit area from large seeds are all significant or extremely significant greater than those of small seeds- However, the seed size has no effects on the GP of seeds.(2) The GE, GP, VI of the deep-brown seeds are significant or extremely significant higher than those of the deep-red and grey-brown seeds. But the seed coat colour does not inflence the time of floral initiation, the statknumber and weight Per plant and the stalk vield per unit area.(3) Among all treatment combinations, the GP and VI of the seeds with deep -brown colour and large size arethe highest. The time of floral initiation, the stalk number per plant and the yield per unit area are mainly depen-dent on seed size.
