【摘要】 经淋巴管介入疗法治疗淋巴癌２２例疗效分析。主要方法：（１）淋巴造影；（２）淋巴管灌注抗癌药；（３）淋巴管冲洗；（４）术后对症处理。６例原发性恶性淋巴瘤和１６例淋巴转移癌经治疗后，主要症状体征消失或基本消失者有１９例，明显改善或缓解者２例；１８例肿大的淋巴结经ＣＴ和Ｘ线片证明显著缩小或趋于正常，随访２年４个月无复发。作者并对命名、临床应用和并发症防治进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 e treated 22 cases of lymphatic neoplasma withchemotherapy via lymphatic ducts under the control ofX-ray monitor, a method we called interventional trans-lymphatic chemotherapy. The method includes: (1)lymphography, (2) trans-lymphatic infusion with anti-cancer agents, (3) lavage of lymphatic vessel, (4)treatment of complications. Six cases of primary lym-phoma and 16 cases of lymph-metastatic carcinoma weretreated this way. The short-term results were excellent.Main symptoms and signs disappeared in 19 cases (19/22) . and markedly improved in 2. X-ray features of 18cases showed that enlarged lymph nodes returned tonormal after the therapy. Follow-up for 28 monthsshowed no recurrence.更多还原
