【Abstract】 nm23-H1 gene,a metastasis suppressor gene,was located on 17p11-q11.In our research,nm23-H₁ gene was amplified from genomic DNA of 20 cases of gastric cancer and normal controls by using normal PCR procedure.nm23-H₁ gene mutations in gastric cancers were screened with PCR-SSCP （singlestrand conformation polymorphisms）,and changes of single strand mobility were found in 4 cases.Two of these cases were diagnosed with tumor metastases and the other two with intensive tendency of tumor metastasis. The result suggested that nm23-H₁ gene mutation in gastric cancer might play a role in the tumor metastasis.更多还原
