中国人糖代谢限速酶基因微卫星多态性及与NIDDM的关系
THE MICROSATELLITE POLYMORPHISMS OF CARBOHYDRATE METABOLIC PATHWAY RATE-LIMITING ENZYME GENES AND THEIR RELATIONS TO NON-INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS IN CHINESE
【摘要】 在243例中国人中研究两个糖代谢途径限速酶基因,己糖激酶Ⅱ基因(HK2,骨胳肌)及磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶基因(PCK1,肝)的微卫星多态性及与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NID-DM)的关系。结果表明:(1)普通群体中,HK2微卫星多态标志等位基因频率在不同地区中国人群体间及中国人与白种人间无差异;(2)PCK1频率在不同地区中国人群体间无差异,但中国人与白种人间存在差异;(3)中国人NIDDM全组及亚组与相应对照组比较中,HK2频率无差异;(4)PCK1等位基因频率在糖尿病家族史及起病年龄亚组比较中存在差异。揭示:(1)HK2与中国人NIDDM无关联;(2)PCK1与中国人NIDDM部分亚群有关。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of microsatellite polymorphisms of carbohydrate metabolic pathway ratelimiting enzyme genes, hexokinase Ⅱ gene (HK2) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase gene(PCK1), and their relations to NIDDM were studied in 243 Chinese. The survey showed: (1) no difference of the allelic frequency distribution of HK2 microsatellite polymorphisms was observed between Chinese general populations from different areas and between Chinese and Caucasians; (2) there was no difference of PCK1 microsatellite polymorphisms between Chinese from different areas, yet significant frequency difference was observed between Chinese and Causasians; (3) no difference of the allelic frequency of HK 2 was noted between Chinese NIDDM and control as a whole and as subgroups; (4)the allelic frequencies of PCK1 were significantly different in the diabetes-family history subgroup and age-of-onset subgroup comparisons in Chinese.The results suggested that HK2 was not associated with Chinese NIDDM, but PCK1 was associated with subgroups of Chinese NIDDM.
