身体脂肪分布对血脂、血糖及血压水平的影响
Influence of body fat distribution on serum lipids,blood sugar, and blood pressure levels
【摘要】 为探讨身体脂肪分布对血脂、血糖及血压水平的影响,调查了江苏海门农村25~74岁自然人群869例,测量身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比(WHR)及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),同时测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和空腹血糖(FBS)。结果显示:无论男女,随WHR水平升高,TC、TG、LDL-C、FBS、SBP、DBP显著升高,HDL-C、HDL-C/TC显著下降,调整年龄、BMI后,男性TC、TG、FBS,女性TG、FBS、SBP和DBP仍随WHR水平升高而显著升高。结果提示WHR是影响人群血脂、血糖及血压水平的重要因素,尤其对血脂、血糖更为重要。
【Abstract】 Abstract To assess the role of body fat distribution on serum lipids, blood sugar and blood pressure levels,a survey was carried out in a rural area, Haimen county, Jiangsu province. Body height and weight, body mass index (BMI), waist and hip circumferences, waist/hip circumference ratio (WHR), systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP, DBP) were measured in randomly sampled 869 (484 men, 385 women) adults aged 25-74 years. Fasting serum total cholesterol (TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and fasting blood sugar (FBS) were also measured. In both men and women, TC, TG, LDL-C, FBS, SBP and DBP significantly increased while HDL-C and HDL-C/TC significantly decreased with increased of WHR. After adjusting age and BMI, TC, TG and FBS in men,TG, LDL-C, FBS, SBP and DBP in women still showed significant increase with increased of WHR.The results suggest that body fat distribution (represented by WHR) might influence serum lipids, blood sugar and blood pressure levels, especially in women.
