【摘要】 应用经皮纽扣式补片治疗左向右分流先天性心脏病14例.结果表明,纽扣式补片方法简单、安全、疗效肯定,避免开胸手术,适应于有外科手术指征的各种类型动脉导管未闭及部分房间隔缺损和室间隔缺损的病例.远期效果有待进一步随访.更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourteen patients with congenital patent ductus arteriosus (PDA, n = 5), ventricular septal defects (VSD, n = 5) and atrial septal defects (ASD. n = 4) underwent transcatheter occlusion using adjustable buttoned device from June 1994 to January 1995. There were 6 males and 8 females with the aged 15-49 (mean 26. 8±0. 3) years old. The diameter of PDA was 12. 0±7. 7 (5. 4-24) mm, VSD was 6. 2±2. 4 (4-10) mm, and ASD was 23. 3±6.8 (10. 5-31) mm. The diameter of the device was at least 2-2. 5 times greater than defect size with a 7-10 French long sheath. All defects were successfully occluded. No major complications were noticed.After the procedure, 5 patients had a minimal residual left to right shunt detected by angiogram and disappeared in 2 of 5 patients during a 1-8 months follow-up period.Conclusion: The initial results of transcatheter occlusion of PDA, VSD and ASD with the buttoned device were promising justifying the continuation of larger clinical trials.更多还原
