【Abstract】 Several problems which related to decision of flood-control engineering in the city are studied,such as determination of design criteria of flood-control engineering,assessment of performance of existing flood-control engineering,determination of optimum engineering countermeasure.Based on risk analysis,methods to resolve these problems above are proposed.
