【摘要】 １９９４年９月～１９９５年２月共行经皮内镜下胃造瘘术３７例，全部成功，平均手术时间为１５分钟，仅６例出现局部皮肤炎症反应，无任何严重并发症。结果表明：经皮内镜下胃造瘘术安全、便捷、有效，为患者提供了一个不需剖腹手术安放胃造瘘管的新方法，颇具推广价值。本文也对操作经验及注意事项进行了总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty seven cases of PEG were reported in the paper(from Sep. 1994 to Jan. 1995). All were succeeded. The mean procedure time for PEG was 15 min. Only 6 cases developed a superficial infection of the skin around the catheter. There were no other major complications and deaths. The results showed that the PEG provided safe,effective,and rapid method for establishing a feeding gastrostomy and did not require laparotomy. PEG should become the method of first choice for the creation of a feeding gastrostomy.更多还原
