【摘要】 左侧肺癌纵隔淋巴结清除术时，因局部解剖和容易交叉转移的特点，与右侧相比是不充分的。自１９８８年１２月～１９９２年１１月我们采用胸骨正中切开或主动脉弓翻转对左侧肺癌的纵隔淋巴结进行扩大清除术２０例，证实纵隔淋巴结转移１０例。文中并对手术的具体方法和特点进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mediastinal lymph node dissection in cases of resection of the left lung cancer is less efficient than in the right lung,because of local anatomical characteristics in the left side of mediastinum and the early occurrence of cross lymph node metastasis.In order to obtained extended dissection of mediastinal lymph node in left lung cancer,we employed median sternotomy and lifting of the aortic arch.From December 1988 to November 1992,these techniques were applied on 20 cases with bronchogenic carcinoma of left lung.Mediastinal lymph node metastases were present in 10,right paratracheal lymph node metastasis was discovered in one of 20 cases,left paratracheal in 2,tracheobronchial in 5 and pretrachea in 5.The operative procedures were discussed.更多还原
