【摘要】 我们为１５１例（男１２３例，女２８例）６０岁以上肺癌病人行外科治疗。包括鳞癌９０例、腺癌４９例、其他１２例。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期２８例（１８．５％），Ⅲ～Ⅳ期１２３例（８１．５％）。手术切除１３３例（８８．１％），术后并发症１０例（６．６％），死亡２例（１．３％）。５年生存率３６．８％。体会到：加强围术期处理，采取适当的手术方法，是预防术后并发症、降低死亡率的关键；对６０岁以上肺癌病人的手术治疗应持积积极态度。更多还原

【Abstract】 From September 1969 to Dcember 1990, 151 lung cancer patients over 60 were treated surgically in our hospital.One hundred and twenty-three cases were men and 28 women. Most of them were squamous cell carcinoma (90 cases,59.6%) and adenocarcinoma (49 cases, 32. 4% ). The resection rate was 88. 1% (133/151).There were 81. 5% in (123/151) Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages pathologically. Postoperative complications developed in 10 patients with 2 mortalities.One, three and five-year survival rates of 149 cases were 75. 2%, 50. 5% and 36. 8% respectively.The author suggested that operative intervention of lung cancer in patients over 60 years of age should be widely adopted.更多还原
