【摘要】 研究了枸杞子提取物(LBr)对白细胞介素2受体(IL—2R)表达的影响。用FACS法和APAAP法研究了LBr作用3天对PHA活化扁桃体单个核细胞(TMNC)表面IL—2Rα、IL—2Rβ表达的影响,发现合适浓度的LBr(1.9ng/ml～7.8μg/ml)可促进IL—2R的表达。对α链表达的促进作用于第1天即出现,第3天达高峰,第5天始明显下降以至消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of the extraction of Lycium Barbarum (LBr) on the IL-2R expression of human lymphocytes was studied. The results showed that:LBr could promote the expression of IL-2 receptors. IL-2 receptors (a and (3 chains) on themembrane of TMNC cells were assessed with APAAP and FACSmethod on the 3rd day. We discovered that suitable dose of LBr(1.9ng/ml-7.8ug/ml) could increase the expression of IL-2Ra and IL-2RB extensively. The enhancement on IL-2Ra appeared on the 1st day and reached the peak on the 3rd day,then gradually decreased.更多还原
