【摘要】 １９８７年至１９９４年，作者对５７例严重风湿性疾病患者一次同时行双侧人工全膝关节置换术治疗。近期随访结果表明，与分次行双侧人工全膝关节置换术相比，在不影响临床治疗效果及术后并发症发生率的前提下，同时行一次双侧人工全膝关节置换术具有住院时间短、手术及围手术期费用低、术后康复困难较少等特点。对我国严重风湿病患者病情复杂、手术及康复难度高、经济条件差的国情更为合适。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract This retrospective study reviews 57 patients withserious rHeumatoid idsease who bad bilateral total kneearthroplasties simultanneouslv between 1987 and 1994。The short follow-up results revealed that there was noincrease in complications in the patients with simulta-neous bilateral procedures, and nearly identical postop-erative resuIts to those observed among patients withsingle joint replacement. Advantages of simuItaneousbilateral total arthroplasty include reduction in hospitalcost, the need for less invasive surgical event and theability to rehabilitate the patient svmmetrically.更多还原
