【摘要】 １９９３年５月～１９９４年４月，作者用钬激光在关节镜下手术共７２例（８４个关节），其中双膝１２例，肩、时、腕、踝关节各１例。分别进行了半月板部分切除、关节软骨成形、滑膜部分切除、关节清理及髌外侧支持带松解术。所需能量从１至１２ｋＪ不等，与操作复杂性有关。手术时间为５～３０分钟。术后随访６～１６个月，患者术后１～２周后恢复行走，无功能受限，有２例关节积液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract From May 1993 to April 1994 we had performed72 cases(total 84 joints ) of arthroscopic operationswith holmium laser. It included 12 bilateral knees,andsingle joints in the shoulder,elbow,wrist and andkle.We performed partial menisectomy,chondroplasy,par-tial synovectomy and lateral retinacular release。Theenergy used was from 1 to 12kJ depending the com-plexity of the operations,All these cases had been fol-lowed up 6 to 16 months。The function of the iointswas good,only two cases had joint effusion。The rateof good and excellent results was 97%。更多还原
