【摘要】 作者总结１９８０～１９９３年国内报道的４３例消化道转移性肿瘤，最常见部位依次为胃和小肠，主要临床表现为腹痛（７０％）、急腹症（４２％）、消化道出血（２１％，１１．６％为大出血）、慢性不全性肠梗阻（１１．６％）。４２例患者行手术治疗，其中４０例为姑息切除，２例为短路手术。随诊资料表明对有症状的消化道转移性肿瘤行积极的手术治疗有利于提高患者生存质量延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractA retrospective review was completed on 4 3 pa-tients with metastatic lesions to the gastrointestinaltract between 1980 and 1993.The most commonly in-volved organs were stomach and small intestine. Themain features were abdominal pain ( 70%),acute ab-domen (42%),alimentary bleeding(21%, massive in11.6%).Operations were performed on 42 patients(palliative resection in 40 patients, enteric bypass in2).The results support surgical interventiOn for pa-tients with complaints of gastrointestinal metastases,especially in emergency patients.更多还原
