【摘要】 作者用透明质酸钠（ＳＨＰ）进行了兔肌腱愈合与术后粘连影响的实验研究。大体观察、光镜观察、成纤维细胞计数、胶原纤维含量测定以及抗张强度测定结果证实透明质酸钠能减少术后腱周成纤维细胞、胶原纤维的含量，减少腱周瘢痕纤维的形成。透明质酸钠，对于防止术后肌腱粘连，改善肌腱滑移功能有良好效果，且不影响肌腱愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractIn an experiment sodium hyaluronate product(SHP)was used to observe its effects on healing andpreventing adhesion of rabbit muscle tendon,Severalmethods were used such as gross and histopathologicalobservation , imaging analysis , anti-tension strengthmeasurement. The results confirmed that SHP couldreduce collagen contents in peri-tendon tissues and fi-broblasts after surgery and decrease the formation ofscars in peri-tendon tissues. Therefore,it is effectivein preventing muscle tendon adhesion and improvingslide function of muscle tendon, Besides, it does nothinder muscle tendon healing.更多还原
