【摘要】 作者于１９７９～１９９０年采用肌瓣、肌皮瓣等一期修复骨关节烧伤２９例、３３处大关节。术后创口一期愈合者２９例次。其中伤后１０天内早期清创修复者２１例次，２０例次（９５．２％）创口一期愈合；伤后１１天至８个月晚期手术者１２例次，９例次（７５．０％）一期愈合。术后１～１０年的长期随诊显示，３１例次（９３．９％）关节功能完全恢复。作者认为早期清创应用肌皮瓣一期修复是治疗骨关节烧伤的最佳选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractFrom 1979 to 1990,33 operations on 29 patientswith joint burn were performed by early debridementand primary repair with myocutaneous flaps. As a re-sult,29 wounds healed by first intention. The healingrate of early operations performed within 10 days post-burn was 95.2%,and that of the late operations de-layed more than 10 days post-burn was only 75.0%. 31 among 33 joints ( 93.9%)recovered full range ofmovement , while the other 2 joints ended with onlyslight limitation of function. We suggest that the earlydebridement and primary repair with myocutaneousflap is the best choice for treatment of burned bone andjoints.更多还原
