【摘要】 １９９４年６月３日，作者成功地为１例１０指完全离断患者进行了再植手术。患者为切纸机致伤，双手示指均在掌指关节水平离断，关节损伤。其余各指分别在掌指关节以远１．０～２．５ｃｍ水平离断。其中，双手拇、示指指腹有广泛的皮肤碾挫痕迹，手指呈青紫色。双臂丛麻醉。在显微镜下清创。先固定骨架，吻合肌腱，然后吻合指静脉、指动脉、指神经。整个手术共吻接静脉２１条，指动脉１５条，指神经１０条，屈、伸指肌腱２０条。手指温缺血：１３～３６小时。再植成功后，双手进行理疗及功能锻炼。术后半年随访，除右手示指及左手示、中指因掌指关节损伤及肌腱粘连而使活动受限外，其余各指均有较大范围的活动，可完成一般的捏、握动作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstractwereport a case of successful replantation of ten-digit complete amputation。The conditions of thewounds 0ver the ends of the ten amputated digits var-ied from severe to light and easy for replantation。 Theamputation included severe avulsion injuries over fourfingers。Appropriate measures were takenduring surg-ery and the replanted digits all survived.The replanta-tion operation was done by a team of surgeons,Al-though the surgeons were physically challenged by thelong and difficult procedures,they worked hard for thebenefit of the patient. Physiotherapy and exercises sixmonths after operation showed that the functions ofboth hands were largely recovered。更多还原
