【Abstract】 AbstractThe foramen arcuale of vertebral artery of altas is one of the causes of vertigo. Leven cases of the cervi-cal vertigo caused by foramen arcuale were operated on. The patients were followed up for 3～6 years. The results were satisfactory. The mechanism of inducing vertigo by foramen arcuale was discussed. We demon-strated that excision of the foramen arcuale is available for cervical vertigo。更多还原
