【Abstract】 Bone tuberculosis is a common disease inour country. In order to improve the successfulrate of primary bone fusion postoperation offocal cleaning and to prevent remnant tuberclebacillus from reviving,we have studied the im- lant-able Rifampin-Bone Matrix Gelatin- Com-pound. It is proved that this compound has a-bility both to repair bone defect and to last re-leasing the effective concentration of antitu-berculotic for 3 weeks at least by repairingmedian defect of mouse radius and inhibitingtubercle bacillus test.更多还原
