【摘要】 以免疫组化法（ＬＳＡＢ法），辅以电镜，观察感染血吸虫尾蚴６、８周小鼠（ｎ＝５０）肝脏细胞外基质（ＥＣＭ）中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原、纤粘连蛋白（ＦＮ）、层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）的表达与分布。发现肝门管区、肝窦壁及中央静脉壁有ＥＣＭ异常聚积，电镜可见Ｄｉｓｓｅ腔有纤维束，可形成门管区纤维化、肝窦毛细血管化和中央静脉硬化。表明ＥＣＭ在血吸虫病性肝纤维化的形成与发展中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors examined the localization andexpression of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ,fibronectin(FN),laminin(LN)in liver extracellular ma-trix of schistosoma-japonicum infected mice at6,8 weeks using immunohistochemistry andeletron microscope.Increased deposition ofECM was found in area of hepatic lobulararea,sinusoid,central vein,the fibrotic bandwas found in Disse space,forming hepatic in-terlobular fibrosis,sinusoid capillarization andsclerosis of central vein.It is concluded thatECM plays a important role in forming anddevelopment of schistosomiasis hepatic fibro-sis.更多还原
