血吸虫病鼠肝纤维化早期肝脏细胞外基质的改变
The extracellular matrix changes of earlyphase of mice with schistosomiasis kepatic fibrosis
【摘要】 以免疫组化法(LSAB法),辅以电镜,观察感染血吸虫尾蚴6、8周小鼠(n=50)肝脏细胞外基质(ECM)中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原、纤粘连蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白(LN)的表达与分布。发现肝门管区、肝窦壁及中央静脉壁有ECM异常聚积,电镜可见Disse腔有纤维束,可形成门管区纤维化、肝窦毛细血管化和中央静脉硬化。表明ECM在血吸虫病性肝纤维化的形成与发展中起重要作用。
【Abstract】 The authors examined the localization andexpression of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ,fibronectin(FN),laminin(LN)in liver extracellular ma-trix of schistosoma-japonicum infected mice at6,8 weeks using immunohistochemistry andeletron microscope.Increased deposition ofECM was found in area of hepatic lobulararea,sinusoid,central vein,the fibrotic bandwas found in Disse space,forming hepatic in-terlobular fibrosis,sinusoid capillarization andsclerosis of central vein.It is concluded thatECM plays a important role in forming anddevelopment of schistosomiasis hepatic fibro-sis.
